We are a purpose driven modular home building company dedicated to serving the Southwest of the United States. Our Southwest Colorado modular home factory has projected production providing two hundred homes per year to the region. Our homes range from 400 sq ft on up. Our homes can go from order, to certificate of occupancy in as little as 4 weeks after permit acquisition, a fraction of on-site building time.
