Our affordable homes will be built in our southwestern Colorado factory allowing us to streamline the building process providing homes in as little as 10 weeks after plan approval. Once the foundation is in place, our partners will deliver and complete the house on site (connecting to utilities and completing the finishing touches). All of our homes meet IRC building codes and go on a permanent foundation. Because of this, our homes qualify for traditional home loans.
